Thinking About Quitting?

It’s ok to be uncertain about quitting smoking. Letting go of smoking is a big deal. Many ex-smokers say it's the hardest thing they ever did.

Consider this – there are more former smokers now than current smokers. You can do this.

Smoking just takes from you

Smoking is not your friend, it affects nearly every organ in your human body.

Most common diseases caused by smoking –

Heart disease, stroke, lung cancer, cancer of the lip, mouth, throat, larynx, bladder, pancreas, stomach, kidney, and cervix, emphysema, and chronic bronchitis.

That’s not all

Get colds and flu more easily with slower recovery, shortness of breath and wheezing, cataracts and macular degeneration, gum disease and yellow teeth, difficulty getting pregnant, impotence, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, or asthma, diabetes complications, circulation problems, premature facial wrinkles, problems sleeping or falling asleep, stomach ulcers, and high blood pressure.

Nicotine does not cause these diseases, but tobacco smoke does.

Smoking doesn't just affect you
